The only issue I have is that my estimate was $60 different from when I got there to retrieve my vehicle from when the estimate was given. After discussing this with them, they redacted the differenc different from when I got there to retrieve my vehicle from when the estimate was given. After discussing this with them, they redacted the difference. I was told it was because prices had changed that morning(!?) for oil changes. Irregardless to the fact that I dropped it off prior to the increase. I'm pretty sure if I didn't mention it, I would have been overcharged. More
