Joe, was extremely knowledgable and most importantly to me, not pushy. He was able to read my mannerisms, was very prompt and up front....I like that. They were able to fit my car into my price range after negotiating a little bit. He has also checked in on me a few times to make sure I was happy with the car and if I needed anything. I have bought cars from other surrounding dealerships (Cochran) and the level of professionalism from Joe and the rest of the staff at Smail Auto will make me continue to buy cars from him/them.
