Jason Reid was very patient and helpful with my wife and I coordinating with cell phones and text messages. He showed us a way to apply for credit on their website so I didn't have to go home and come back another day. It was hassle free, I didnt feel like I was being pushed into something like I have in other experiences at other dealerships. I felt like he was a genuine family man much like myself and wanted to help me and my family. I got what I believe to be a good price and very friendly customer service from everyone we came in contact with. I will recommend Jason Reid to any friend or family member that is looking to buy a car. When we completed paperwork upon delivery of the car, we couldn't find a babysitter so we brought my 2 year old with us. Every employee we saw stopped and talked to him. There was a nice area for kids where he could play and eat a snack. I could tell that the staff gets a long well as a team and help each other. It made my experience better and I appreciate the extra efforts from everyone involved. For all of these reasons I rated Jason and the dealership 5's (Great). I would take my mom there to buy a car. I can give no higher praise than that. More

I was so impressed with Jason Reid the moment I met him. He took his time with me and did not make me feel rushed. He spent several hours with me just letting me feel things out. I went several other places, but in the end, decided to buy from him because he made me the most comfortable through the whole experience. He is a wonderful salesman and deserved my business. This was the best experience I've had in a long time at a car dealership. Michael was was very friendly and extremely helpful. I felt no pressure whatsoever when making my decision about which options I wanted or didn't want when when purchasing my vehicle. They were able to get the vehicle I wanted with the options I wanted. I also love the fact that they will always be there to help and answer any questions I have in the future. Pleasantly surprised. I have always dealt with smaller auto dealers because I did not have the time to play games or waste my time. Smail will take all the time with you that you need whether its 15 minut auto dealers because I did not have the time to play games or waste my time. Smail will take all the time with you that you need whether its 15 minutes or 5 hours. There was no nonsense, no game playing, they were friendly and cut the deal very close to what I wanted. On a scale of one to ten, I rate them a nine, and I am VERY picky, so my nine is most peoples 10. This dealership works on volume and repeat sales, they are not interested in catching a fish. The price was given a 4 instead of a five, not so much the dealerships fault, but Ford offering absolutely nothing on the fusion hybrid in regards to rebates and interest rate promotions. My price was $25.00 under invoice, I probably could of squeeze for a few hundred more, but felt, since they were working fast at my request, I would let it go. What I mean by fast, is the day I stopped I knew what I was looking for and had very limited time. I told the dealer in a nice way that I wanted a price on a fusion hybrid and had no more than 5 minutes, and in less than that he came back with a price, no running back and forth making me feel like a fool. No pressure, no requiring me to take a test ride before giving me a price. All in all, Bud Smail will be my dealer on future purchases, as they are truly a no hassle dealership. More
Buying a new car is a challenging and difficult task due to all the decisions that have to be made and the cost of the purchase. Along with those considerations, the purchaser must interact and spend a great deal of time with the sales associate during this whole process. For me, it is paramount that I feel comfortable and in charge of the situation from the moment I say I would like to buy a new car until the conclusion of the purchase. I want to feel relaxed and that the sales associate and I our partners in the endeavor. This is exactly how I felt and what I experienced at the Smail Auto Dealership and with the sales associate, Steve Miller. Steve spent a great deal of time with me during the whole experience of buying my Lincoln. I was always his total focus and I never felt rushed or pressured by him. He was knowlegeable,informative, friendly, easy going, and willing to work with me. These are qualities that I consider to be important in a sales associate and what make buying a new car a pleasant experience and what make a person want to return even after the purchase. More
