My Review of Smail Kia:
Rob was very friendly and helpful the entire time we spent looking, thinking, and eventually purchacing our 2010 Toyota Sienna. Our 22 month old daughter was with us the day we bought it. Rob and the rest of the staff were also very patient with us as we were dealing with a sometimes cranky little girl. One of them even gave her a little stuffed "CarFox".

My Review of Smail Kia:
I had to let my '95 Chevy Silverado go due to the cost of fuel and maintenance. I was looking for something more efficient. I'm glad that Rob helped me out in choosing a new KIA Forte ex. I'm still getting used to driving a car after having my pickup for over 10 years, but I'm glad I have it. I can already see the difference in fuel usage. It's a nice, quiet ride too and can get up and go when needed. I know that I'll keep this car for a long time. Thanks Rob!

My Review of Smail Kia:
While we were not planing to buy a car the day we visited Smail Kia, I have been curious about the mileage ratings on their vehicles. Being retired, gas prices can limit our travel.
Not being "attacked" by a salesman upon entering the showroom was a good start to our experience. Martin Cummins introduced himself and from there on helped us until we drove our new Kia off the showroom floor that evening.
Martin knew the product inside out and answered all of our questions about the car,the financing,warranty and anything else we wanted to know. Because of his help and the product itself we bought the car.Our financing was done by Jason Reid.Between the two of them I think this was the first time in forty years buying a new car was fun for us.
If the service department is half as good as the sales dept. I'm sure we will be stedy customers.

This is our second purchase, first 2012 Sorrento and 2006 GMC Canyon. Bought both vehicles from the same salesman, Marty was willing to do whatever it took to make us happy, very polite and knowledgeable, would reccomend Smail Kia to everyone. also got great % rates.

My Review of Smail Kia:
My experience with Smail KIA and marty Cummins was very good. I was shopping for a new car with good head room and selected the Soul at a visit to the auto show. I test drove te Kia Soul at Smail; and the Scion at toyota I did not have to spend alot of time getting the deal I wanted and Marty Cumminns gave me what I considered a good price withtout a lot of hassle. I consumated the deal in short order on 4/9/12 and drove off satisfied. I am pleased with my choice and the dealer.

My Review of Smail Kia:
My wife and I worked with Jeff Hobbs. He made choosing a new vehicle easy. We had 4-5 SUV options in mind. Jeff took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. You could tell deep down he knew which vehicle would work the best to meet our needs; however, he had us look at each one and test drive the ones we wanted to drive. In the end, he did not pressure us in any way and we wound up picking the vehicle he thought all along. We highly recommend Jeff to anyone looking for a low pressure, yet informative sales professional!

Service was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I purchased my previous vehicle here 6 years ago and 6 years later, I found myself here again as I bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500. I highly recommend this dealership if you can find a good price on a used/certified vehicle. Robert Jupena has a great attitude and the deal went smoothly and was in and out in only a few short hours.
