I had one of the best buying experiences recently at Smart Honda. Everyone from the salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager were personable and friendly! There was never any pressure to pu Smart Honda. Everyone from the salesman, the sales manager and the finance manager were personable and friendly! There was never any pressure to purchase. I felt like I was free to walk away at any time. When I did decide to purchase, the process was fast and simple. There was an issue of misinformation from the salesman about a feature of the car I purchased. I called with my concern, and they added the feature at their cost! I was totally surprised and extremely pleased that they would stand behind the sale and take care of me to make sure I was completely satisfied. This was after the sale, when they could have easily not have done anything else for me. I will absolutely be returning to Smart Honda for future purchases and will gladly recommend them to anyone. Great Job and thank you!! More

purchased 2012 used CRV here last year, brakes going out so I took my vehicle to get repaired where I bought it. Inspection, we need $80.00 to tell what needs repaired. Okay, so does that $80.00 go to my re so I took my vehicle to get repaired where I bought it. Inspection, we need $80.00 to tell what needs repaired. Okay, so does that $80.00 go to my repair? No, it's separate for the inspection. Seriously? Yes, due to only about 50% of the inspection get repaired here. Okay, count me 50% and I'll come get my car and take it elsewhere. Further more I won't be shopping for any vehicle here. I will need to rate it poor since after the purchase you don't stand behind the sale. More

We researched vehicles online for price and quality. We purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV from Smart Honda in Clive, Iowa. The vehicle was for a family member. Ted L was terrific. Helped us out when unexpec purchased a pre-owned Honda CRV from Smart Honda in Clive, Iowa. The vehicle was for a family member. Ted L was terrific. Helped us out when unexpected delays occurred on our end and ensuring our family member had no issues. Exceeded our expectations. We own a Honda Pilot now and our previous vehicle was a Honda Pilot. We never had any issues with either vehicle. More

The finance department has been nothing but a headache since the beginning. They wouldn’t let me leave without purchasing their plan. They told me a lie directly to my face. Claiming the Wheel and Tire pr since the beginning. They wouldn’t let me leave without purchasing their plan. They told me a lie directly to my face. Claiming the Wheel and Tire protection was included in my $2,350 extended warranty contract. When I left, I noticed it was an additional $500. I immediately called and attempted to cancel both. It has now been 3 weeks and the communication has been sub par. The finance manager Steve, claimed he “forgot about me.” Now I’ve tried to contact him further, to no avail. I am extremely upset and disappointed. I will be posting reviews on any and everything I can find. The only pleasant part of this entire process was the actual salesman Todd, who has been extremely pleasant, honest, and punctual. I appreciate him very much. More
