Buying my new Rav from Smart Motors was a great experience. Derek was a pleasure to work with, I found the exact car I wanted on their website and I was able to work out a great deal through email experience. When I went there to pick it up Derek had the car clean and ready for me, and he even took the time to show me all about my new Rav. All the employees there were very friendly, and made me feel like they really appreciated my business. I'll definately be recommending Smart Motors to friends and family, and I'll be back in the future when I'm ready for my next new car! More

We had an issue with our electric drivers seat, which our warranty clearly states is 100% covered for both parts and labor. They want to charge between $120 - $160 for an estimate. Then won't confirm if it i warranty clearly states is 100% covered for both parts and labor. They want to charge between $120 - $160 for an estimate. Then won't confirm if it is under warranty. The cost for this should be $0. I have already paid for the warranty. Why am I getting the run around here. I can't give get a straight answer on what it costs to look at the car. More

Blatantly deceptive about availability of Toyota model (color) that I wanted and that they did not have on their lot. They offered to trade for the "only available" model we had requested with a dealersh (color) that I wanted and that they did not have on their lot. They offered to trade for the "only available" model we had requested with a dealership in Minnesota. I ended up driving to Milwaukee (90 miles) to buy the same vehicle for $700 less. When I gave them the opportunity to sell it to me at a lower price, they told me that I should buy it from Smart because I live near Madison. They stated that Milwaukee dealers only offer low prices to people who don't live in their area ?!?!? I have not had good experiences with Toyota dealers in general. Many looked at their computers and stated that the color vehicle we wanted was not located in WI, when there were several. I called Toyota corporate customer service in CA, but got the usual nonsense. I would love to buy Toyotas online! More
