My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
While on the road for a business trip I experienced mechanical trouble with my Yukon. I had to be at a 9:00 am meeting and on the road again after the meeting by 1:00 pm. I called Sommer's at 7:00 in the morning and they had me immediately drive the Yukon to the dealership. They got my Yukon to a mechanic and myself in a brand new Arcadia on my way to my meeting in literally 10 MINUTES!!!! The service was so fast I had to stop at a Starbuck's to kill time prior to my 9:00 am meeting. While still at my meeting, Gary called me at 10:00 am to inform me that my Yukon was fixed and ready to go.I was ot of my meeting and back on the road with my washed and dried (it look liked it had been detailed!!!)Yukon at 12:30, as originally planned. I was not delayed by one minute, attended my meeting and relaxed over a cup of coffee to kill time. Thank you Gary for the best service I've ever experienced. I now know what it feels like to be a celebrity.

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
After getting the run around from a few local dealerships I ended up calling Sommer's GMC and spoke with Joe Vella. After telling him what I was looking for he had the exact truck I was looking for when I came in the next day. There were a few bumps along the way but the way I was helped by Joe Vella, Mr Sommer, and the management staff, they have earned a repeat customer when it comes time to look for a replacement vehicle and have my recommendation to anyone that is looking to be treated right.

Working with Jeremy on the purchase of my vehicle was an experience that greatly exceeded my expectations. He was a great, straight up and honest guy to deal with. He was easy to work with and easy to communicate with. If I ever come back to Wisconsin form Colorado to purchase a vehicle again I will definately be looking for Jeremy to help me on my quest. He was hands down the best car salesman I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, this being the 12th car I have purchased in my 38 years of life. I am imagining that there are customers of a higher maintenance than me, but I would consider myself to have been a bit of a high maintenance customer and he accomidated my to the fullest of his ability which was more than satisfactory and left me feeling very confident in my choice to purchase from Sommers, and I definately looked all over the state from Sheboygan to Greenbay. Keep up the good work, for you have definately gained a new loyal customer. My Father was so impressed he is thinking about ditching his pick-up truck for a Subaru!!!!

I had a great experience working with the all of the staff at Sommer’s especially John. I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle from them during any of my trips there to look and test drive. John was helpful in answering all of my questions and thorough when going over all of the features my new Subaru would have. I would recommend this dealership and John to anyone who is looking for a new car! I have been back for routine maintenance and have been very pleased with the service department as well.

We visited Gordy Butt at Sommer's Automotive in Mequon, WI and could not have had a better experience! Gordy was helpful and not at all pushy. He listened to us and worked with us to find a car and a price that worked for us! We will NEVER buy a car from anyone else! If you are looking for a positive car buying experience, Gordy is the guy to deal with! We really cannot say enough good things about him!

Purchased a car over the internet. I wanted something that the dealership did not have on the lot. Aaron worked hard to find what I wanted in a short amount of time and deliver it on time. I could not have gotten what I wanted with the best price in a 3 state radius! Aaron was great and worked hard "behind the scenes" to deliver exactly what the customer wants with a great price to match. I love my 2012 Outback. This would not be possible without Aaron's hard work!

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
We love our new used car!!! It is the nicest car we've ever owned, and our experience with Sommers Buick made it even better! After the first salesman we talked to became ill and wasn't available, George Katsafanas helped us. What a nice guy he is! He was so courteous and accommodating. We had a concern about a slight vibration that occurred in freeway driving, and the first salesman told us that the car would be sold "as is"; but then when we dealt with George, he himself took the car out for a drive, felt the vibration, and immediately sent the car into the garage to be adjusted. It now drives perfectly and we love it! George answered even our smallest questions with the same thoughtfulness and attention that he brought to the entire transaction. We would not hesitate to recommend George as an excellent person to deal with.

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
When a girlfriend had raved about the new Subaru she and her husband purchased, I was a bit skeptical. Yet, visiting Sommer's and meeting Adam changed that. He was very friendly and made us truly feel at ease. His genuine, helpful manner was a far cry from the other sales people we met at other dealerships. Adam was clearly knowledgeable about not only the Forester we were looking to purchase, but about the Subaru company as well. It was clear that we found the right vehicle for our needs and the right person to help us. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He not only answered all of our questions, but also included a great deal of additional important information about the Forester as well.
Adam worked overtime to keep us informed about model availability and price. We did not make this an easy task for him! Yet, the more we did our homework over the Forester, the more Adam reassured us that he would bend over backwards to do his best to meet our requirements.
Sommer's is very fortunate to have someone like Adam on their sales team. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. It's nice to know that Ozaukee County has an auto dealership that insists on maintaining a personal working relationship with local people even after the sale has been made. I'm dreaming about our next Subaru already. Thank you very much, Adam!

My Review of Sommer's Buick GMC Subaru:
I had a pick up serviced and it was done correct, promptly, and no cost as they got GMC to pay it all. I am from Bermuda, have a Camp in Lake Placid, NY. My daughter lives in Mequon and suggested when we told her we might by a Subaru that we should look at buying it from Sommer's.... I had contacted a dealer in Plattsburg, NY and they promised to locate the car i wanted and deliver it on my return to the Adirondacks. I put a deposit down of $500. While in Milwaukee seeing the Brewers, we stopped by and met Grant. I explained the unlikly case where a guy from Bermuda could buy a car on a Wedensday afternoon and take delivery first thing Friday. Grant was patient, took the information, evaluated our trade in, and located the car with the right spec's we desired (located in Chicago and had to go get it) within 90 minutes. I put a deposit down because they beat the price of new car and gave me over $2,000 more on the trade in. We picked the new Outback at 9am on Friday am and loaded the car with 11 cases of wine (you can buy it much cheaper in Wi than NY) and drove to camp with a big 6 engine and getting 28.5 miles, ie 500 miles to a tank..... I was in heaven driving the car, vs the old SUV and its rolly ride.... We are happy with the car, and very happy with the Grant Sommer and his team for making it happen..... And the funny thing? How did we pay for it? Transfering money over a bank holiday from Bermuda is impossible.... We asked our daughter to cover the cost, and if it didn't happen, I'm convinced Grant would have gotten Subaru to give us a bridge loan for days the money transfer was "in the mail"..... These guys know how to solve problems and deliver, and in record time..... How many times will a car dealer in Mequon, Milwaukee, or Chicago sell a new car to a guy from Bermuda, with a NY state trade in, in less than 36 hours.....
