After 10 days waiting on My Deal through their own website. They NEVER had the car. They have terrible on customer service. I am so glad that I didn’t buy from them and would have regretted it. Before you take your car in to the South Charlotte Hyundai for repair -- all I can say is owner beware!! I had my car towed to the South Charlotte Service Center and they misdiagnosed my car (which t Hyundai for repair -- all I can say is owner beware!! I had my car towed to the South Charlotte Service Center and they misdiagnosed my car (which they admitted to). Their mistake cost me over $1,000! Then, when I tried to get the owner, Anthony Barrerio, to reimburse me for my expenses, Mr. Barrerio ghosted me on my numerous attempts to follow up with him. I was so aggravated by the poor job of South Charlotte Hyundai’s Service Team in conjunction with and the rude handling of the owner, that I wrote the CEO of Hyundai North America! BEWARE! More

They're fine until AFTER you buy the car. Their customer "service" is nonexistent. I've been trying to get my permanent license plates (which I paid for) and have been getting either (what Their customer "service" is nonexistent. I've been trying to get my permanent license plates (which I paid for) and have been getting either (what seems to be) the runaround or simply ignored. They do not return phone calls! My temporary plate expires today and I still don't have a permanent plate. Call after call hasn't helped. More

Going to be honest. Ever since October of 2020, my 2008 Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on gettin Hyundai Sonata has been giving me issues. Never any issues prior to taking it to the dealership. Just this past Friday (6/18), spent money on getting something fixed that didn't resolve the issue. Two days later, the check engine light came back on. No longer going to spend any more money at Hyundai of South Charlotte trying to figure out what is wrong with the car. I can no longer justify the costs of repairs to a 2008 car!! To make matters worse, one of their sales reps emailed me and texted me about potentially upgrading to a new car. Was looking at maybe the Tucson, since people have raved about it. Rick S was his name, confirmed for Friday 6/25/21 at 1 pm. When I showed up at 1 pm, the guy wasn't even working, why confirm something when you don't even work on the day of the appointment. That really ticked me off. So unprofessional. More
