Doug made my whole experience so easy. Definitely was one of the better salesman I’ve ever dealt with. He understood that I knew what I wanted and did not intervene too much. Happy with service . Not happy with grease marks that were left inside of car on leather interior. There was some silicone (?) maybe left on outside paint . Kayla and Jim in Service are great. I needed all the receipts for all 4 of my cars. Kayla was able to email me everythng i needed. Kayla was awesome Jim, was great.
