My Review of South Shore Honda:
After leasing five cars with South Shore Honda, I will never lease with them again. I was promised a vehicle in 7-10 days and was never called to be notified as to why it had not been received almost a month later. Each time I called, I was given the run around and each person said that it would in "tomorrow." After finally contacting the store manager, he promised a car the next day, but was rude and glib when I asked about how the situation would be resolved with my finance company. I was 3 days over the grace period and would have to pay another month's lease. He promised to contact the finance company, but I knew that I would be billed and when questioning him about the logisitics of the late fee, as I had been advised by Honda Finance, he became annoyed and spoke to me as if he couldn't care less. I will get my car, but I will never go back there again. It's unfortunate because a simple apology would have done the trick and we never got that.

My Review of South Shore Honda:
My lease was up and I had to return my car. I set up an appointment with Charlie who said he doesn't work on fridays, but Albert could help me out. We said what time and he said after 12, so we said fine, but then he changed the time to 9:30. So we said that is fine. We bring the car in at 9:30 and Albert is not there. They tell us that we can come back at 12 and Charlie will be there to help us. Now Charlie said he doesn't work on Fridays, but obviously he does. We asked if anyone else can help us because we can't come back at 12, as just like them, we have to work to. The manager was rude and said she can't help and we have to come back. If your a manager of a place don't you think that she should be able to handle every aspect of the business including a simple lease return. Well after 45 minutes of trying to get help from workers who all sat like manequins, Albert shows up at 10:15. Not a great customer service place. I would not recommend them to anyone. Lucky I had no problems with my car but I would hate how a reputable place like Honda can keep some of these dealerships the way they are run. Read my review for Atlantic Honda and soon to be reviewed Boch Honda in Mass which might actually get a positive rating

My Review of South Shore Honda:
I leased an Odyssey (Great minivan) from South Shore Honda with no problems. I have been trying to return it for three days now, and left several messages for their return coordinator (Charlie) to call me and schedule the return. He or anyone else from the dealer has returned my calls. I have called Honda three times to see if they have any control over South Shore Honda to no avail. The South Shore Honda states that this is a very busy time (I am happy for them, that they are making lots of money), but I called South Shore Honda today (Fri 6/2) and they say Charlie is off.
I am very thankful that I had no problems with the car during the lease. Who know what kind of miserable service they would have given.
