This Dealership never did work on my car, and mistakenly put in the wrong VIN# (my VIN) for a similar vehicle they worked on, and has put a cloud on my CARFAX. The Good: I purchased a Honda CRV back in October and so far have loved the vehicle. Michael Robinson was my dealer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The Bad: When purchasing t far have loved the vehicle. Michael Robinson was my dealer. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle. The Bad: When purchasing the vehicle I opted out of all of the add ons but was told I could not opt out of the a $799 purchase called Savvy. Its an electronic device that tracks your cars location, when you need maintenance and offers some discounts if you get them done at the deal. I personally have found it useless and am annoyed I was told I had to buy it. After having the car a couple of months I called Michael to express my frustration and he told me next time we purchase a vehicle there to bring it up and he could waive this purchase for me as a one time curtesy. This leads me to believe I did not have to buy the SAVVY and that I was just told I had to. I will not be purchasing another vehicle form this deal ever gain and would caution anyone who is being told that they have to buy the SAVVY Device. More

nor returning my car registration, ignoring my calls. We were in South Tacoma Honda yesterday, was looking for a new car but didn't buy it. When we got home we have realized that the sales consultant, who We were in South Tacoma Honda yesterday, was looking for a new car but didn't buy it. When we got home we have realized that the sales consultant, who was helping us didn't give us back our car registration. Was contacting him and South Tacoma Honda since morning today....when I reached the sales person on his cell phone he said he will call me back once he gets back to the office, so it will be around 2PM. Since he didn't call me as promised I called to Honda at 4PM, talked to another person, she said they will look for it and call me back. Sense then I haven't heard anything from them. Having this experience with this place make me avoid consider of buying a car from them in the future. More

It was our first time buying a car so we had many many questions. All the questions were answered and he also broke everything down in details for us to easily understand.
