The service department is a total disaster. I brought my car in because the radiator hoses burst. Asked them to repair the hosesand fully repair the car. Two weeks go by and they kept saying pa I brought my car in because the radiator hoses burst. Asked them to repair the hosesand fully repair the car. Two weeks go by and they kept saying parts were delayed. I called multiple times in two weeks and would hear back maybe the next day or not at all. There is zero communication. I finally got my car back with a bill well over the quoted price (1400 was now 2200). And then found ants all over the inside of my car. Treated that and upon driving my car for 20 minutes discovered they didnt repair the car fully. They only replaced the hoses. Since, I have taken the car to another shop, who easily replicated the obvious overheating issue that persisted. They may have installed the hoses, they did not test the car for a full repair. So now I've paid for two coolant flushes and have had multiple issues. Thankfully the other repair shop has been great and is treating me with an ounce of respect. Not something you will find at Southern Kia Greenbrier Service Center. More
Terrible communication, no follow-up or updates given about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals. Then when I went to pick up my car after they called and said it about my vehicle. Not able to reach service advisor even if was using smoke signals. I showed up for my 11:00 at 10:45 for an oil change. At 12:00 I asked how much longer it was gonna be they went and looked and seen my truck was not even touched yet. Went in to get my free service. Was told that it might take 1 and a half hrs. No problem. And it did take a few min more than that. Even got a video of things hat I need to check and watch out for. Being a widow on SS. I do not have much money to get things done. The video could have been improved and I did offer a few suggestions. I think the service was done and I will tell my friends that. They should all buy KIA's and I thank you one and All. God Bless.
