This visit, the 5th, was the same as three others with an oil change resulting in missing retainers for the under engine cover. This time 1/3 of them. I can say that overall I see Improvement with helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. Overall however I don't want to have to check my vehicle after they perform work. I notified who I think is the service manager by email with pictures from underneath. I replaced the parts myself since it is a 4-Hour round trip for me. I'm trying to be loyal to the dealership that I bought the vehicle new at. I did appreciate Joe Bonney email, as well as previously Brett's. More
