I went to get my oil changed. They told me it was a walk in but I could set an appointment. So I had an appointment set for 10 but got there around 9:15. I was there until almost They told me it was a walk in but I could set an appointment. So I had an appointment set for 10 but got there around 9:15. I was there until almost 11 when I had to ask for them to just give me my car if they weren't done. They told me they didn't have the oil and was waiting for it. But no one gave me an update the entire time I was sitting. Then they tell me my car was done and it was being brought down from the lift once I asked for it to be brought to me. Still waited another 15-20 mins before they even got my car to me. I was very disappointed. The least someone could have done was update me or let me know and I would have just come another time.
