Incorrect part was order after I spoke , pointed and pictured to get an adjustable camber arm not a fixed when I went to speak to the parts department they said they will have the manager contact me to pictured to get an adjustable camber arm not a fixed when I went to speak to the parts department they said they will have the manager contact me to see what we can do. When I ordered the correct part and went to the services section I told them what happened and they said they can get me in as soon as tomorrow or Friday which is today and I asked if I still had to pay for the labor because of their mistake. I was told maybe because it wasn't on their department that made the mistake but they would have to speak to the manager about it. No managers contacted me. No one wanted to take accountability. This is just disrespectful and unprofessional. More
