I thought it would take longer, but I had a ride so it wasn’t a rush anyhow. The lady (she gave me her business card and I still lost it) so either her name is Amanda or Ashley, was professional and cool, and definitely informative about recommended services, wait times, pick up cut off times, etc. Long story short, I received a phone call within an hour or so and I was in awe how fast they serviced my car! Express oil change I have been a customer for almost three years and I had the best experience lately. I noticed they were short staffed and I was prepared to sit longer I have been a customer for almost three years and I had the best experience lately. I noticed they were short staffed and I was prepared to sit longer than usual (over two hours). I had my car within 50 minutes. Check the service invoice for the names, but these employees stepped up and got it done. More
Tune up Paid $508.00 for a tuneup on my 2000 Durango. Replaced spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributed cap and rotor button. I felt like this was an excessive amount for this service. They have always treated me fairly. Service has always been good for both of my vehicles. The people that work there are very professional and courteous in every way. I just fell that I was overcharged for this service. $508.00 is too much for a tuneup. More
