They told me my tires would be due for a rot I took my jeep in for an oil change. I was expecting them to try to get me to purchase another service. When I talked to another dealer about my oil change, they told me two other things needed to be done and it would cost me about $500. More

Nasty attitude! Told me she didn’t really care! The service writer was nasty and had a bad attitude. She told me if I didn’t get a tire rotation and some other services I would forfeit my warranty. I asked if I could see that on the tablet she was reading from and she swiped the page to the signature page. She told me to sign here. I said wait, please explain this. She said I really don’t care if you get the service done or not, just sign. I walked away and went inside to find another service writer who would explain and answer my questions. She was giving me wrong information. She was rude. I had never experienced that at Soithern Dodge before. We have bought 5 cars and trucks from Soitheenband I have never been disappointed until now. Also, I came in on June 26th for an oil change and my inspection was due. She never asked me if I wanted an inspection. She was too busy being nasty and rude and didn’t provide me with good customer service. Now I have to come back. More

They were not sure if my bumper to bumper warranty or separate corrosion warranty would cover that, are you kidding me? Corrosion on any part of my $37,000 Jeep after just one year better be covered. Anyway, they sent me to the body shop who looked at it and said they'd have to look into it. After a couple weeks of hearing nothing from either department, I sent an email to Amanda Kelly...no response. Great sales department but service is a fail. More

My advisor was Sam and I told him to fix my jeep asap. Everything should have been covered under warranty considering my jeep only had 15k miles on it. They told me it would take 5 days so I got a rental car. A week later, I call for an update, and Sam tells me they haven't started it. Apparently he never got the "green light" to fix it. Whatever, I tell him I want it fixed. 2 weeks later, I call and speak to the manager. She tells me it is all ready for pick up. I drive over only to hear from Sam that they still never got the green light to fix it. A day later, it's fixed, charged me 3,000 dollars for a job that was 3 weeks late. Told me it would take 5 days max. I played 3,000 for a new clutch and 1300 for a rental. No reimbursement. No help. Would highly recommend hall dealership. Southern doesn't care about you. Thanks sam and poor management! More

The diagnostic they performed was pretty accurate, had issues with the local dealer getting resolved. More
Poor customer care. Even poorer service. Took my wrangler in for a cylinder misfire with a list of all the components I had already replaced in my attempt to resolve the issue. As soon as I mentioned what I believed the issue to be which would be covered under warranty they began to push me out the door. They took the wrangler found it to be a spark plug wiring harness and lifters on the camshaft. Paid $220 for a $80 wiring harness. Wrangler was also throwing codes for a catalytic converter. Got the wrangler back immediately took it to the nearest O'Reilly's to check the codes. Dealership stored the code to hide the check engine light for the catalytic converter so I returned the wrangler for them to fix it. Picked it up three days later with a brand new scratch in the hood. I attempted to call them and after 5 calls, being put on hold for an hour, getting transferred to people who weren't there, and even being hung up on, I returned to the dealer for them to look at to fix. Recommend a different dealer. More
