I went in yesterday after calling for a week to speak to a Manager. My fluids were not topped off from my last appointment, the gentleman behind the counter said, that was 2 months ago. I said right. He sai a Manager. My fluids were not topped off from my last appointment, the gentleman behind the counter said, that was 2 months ago. I said right. He said what I would have done. I said stop right there, don't tell me what you would have done, cuz I'm not you. What should have been done was the fluids should have been topped off. More

The service team at the Newport News Hyundai is the #1 reason I keep going back there for new cars. Chris House and Brenda Messer are my A-level "Go To" team for all my service needs.
