My 2nd Hyundai Genesis, both of which were purchased at Hall Hyundai, just hit 100k+ miles. I have received excellent service for as long as I have been with Hall/Southern. N/A I was overcharged for a brake job. Parts came in, and I was not notified until 2 weeks or more after they came in. Notes said I was notified by Brenda, and that was 2 weeks prior me st Parts came in, and I was not notified until 2 weeks or more after they came in. Notes said I was notified by Brenda, and that was 2 weeks prior me starting to check on it. So then I made an appointment which was only available about 30 days later. Then I'm charged $2800 total for a brake job with rotor replacement. No way did just the pads and rotors cost $2300. Then $400 to install the brakes. Total $2,700. I disagree with these charges. I hope you understand where I'm coming from More
