I have 100% confidence in having my Honda Serviced at Southpoint working with Joe Defrancesco. I am one whose trust is not easy to gain, and I can be hesitant when a person is telling me something that Southpoint working with Joe Defrancesco. I am one whose trust is not easy to gain, and I can be hesitant when a person is telling me something that needs to be done to my car. For me, Joe is not. “A person”, he is someone I trust. Typically my service appointments are done in an acceptable amount of time and I like the quietness of the customer waiting area. The TVs in the area were sitting, had closed captions instead of being audible, and that was highly appreciated because that’s where the most comfortable seating was for me as I have back issues.
