Southwest Kia met every expectation I expect from a car dealership, but rarely actually get. I received respond for a quote on a Kia Sportage Saturday, and Sunday I had more information than I ever expecte dealership, but rarely actually get. I received respond for a quote on a Kia Sportage Saturday, and Sunday I had more information than I ever expected, including a pdf of the Window Sticker. Never have I had a dealership provide that right up front. The sales staff were also fabulous! Our rep Stephanie Perales, and she did everything we requested. She was great with educating my wife on all the new features, and has checked in with us through email a couple of times, and wants to hear from us if we experience an issue or have a question. More

Such a good experience from start to finish. OMG ... I walk in unsure whether or not I would get a car and it took a few days but the wait was worth it I got the CAR I WANTED ALL THE WAY DOWN TO THE COLOR!
