I bought a 2006 Nissan Armada from Donald at Spanky’s in November of 2022 and have spent the past 11 months paying one garage bill after another, to the tune of thousands of dollars. Shortly after purchase, we found out the radiator and power steering line needed replaced. Now we’re told (by two separate mechanics) that the manifolds need replaced, with estimates ranging from $4,000-$6,000. When I purchased the vehicle, it had been inspected 3 months prior and had fresh state and emission stickers. Hard to believe the manifold issues weren’t caught during emissions inspection. After fixing the manifolds, I will be close to having paid for the vehicle twice. Do yourself and your bank account a favor and steer clear of this sorry excuse for an “honest” business. More

Not only did the brakes give out on us, they also failed on the people who bought the SAME CAR from Spanky’s before we did!! They returned the car to Spanky’s … and what did Spanky’s do? They put it back up for sale!! Bottom line?? They sold us a car with dangerous brakes and years-old, rusted-out holes in the frame. Somehow, they got the car an inspection sticker, but they won’t say where or who they got the sticker from. When I arrived to see the Suzuki GV I purchased, I was welcomed by their salesman Joesph. He was an extremely kind young man that was genuine and very straight forward/honest about what he was presenting welcomed by their salesman Joesph. I was given all the time I wanted to look over the vehicle as completely as I could. And was given the chance to test drive the Suzuki for as long as I wanted! When I arrived back at the dealership I kindly informed them that the AC was not functional with all else checking out excellent. I decided that this SUV was well kept and purchased it. When I arrived home with the Suzuki I received a phone call from Joe. The dealership asked me to bring the vehicle down. Spanky’s installed a brand new AC compressor in the SUV for me and charged the system. I had a brand new condenser for it and they installed that as well. They did an excellent job with labor. They were an OUTSTANDING used car dealership in my view! I own a few of these SUV’s. And I know Spanky’s and Joe, sold me a nice clean 2003 I had been looking for. I thank them all sincerely at the dealership. They did excellent from beginning to end. Thank you! More
