Don't go here unless you want your vehicle ruined One star is too many. My wife and I took our jeep in for a lifetime warranty inspection. They found what I believe was an intake gasket leak, but t One star is too many. My wife and I took our jeep in for a lifetime warranty inspection. They found what I believe was an intake gasket leak, but they were not clear with communicating the problem. They quoted a completion time of four hours. Two days later my wife called (for the 4th time) for a status update and was notified our jeep had a fire in the engine bay. We had to ask for a loaner car. The first loaner car had a broken transmission and was unsafe to drive. The second car came with flat tires and was sold out from under us after a week. Three - that's right three - months later we are still in the third loaner because they haven't completed the repairs. Frontier is also terrible and is owned by the same group. Do not buy our use service from either location. Leave town if you must have a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep until these clowns go out of business. More

ONE OF THE DAYS I CALLED TO CHECK ON TRUCK I WAS TOLD "WE HAD TO PULL THE TECH OFF YOUR VEHICLE TO WORK ON THE GENERAL MANAGER'S VAN, IT HAD TO BE DONE TODAY". SO PAYING CUSTOMERS GET PUSHED TO THE BACK OF THE LINE. BETTER YET LIE TO ME INSTEAD OF TELLING ME THAT. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO ALL AMERICAN. THEN TO TOP IT ALL OFF MY SERVICE ADVISOR IS NO LONGER WORKING THERE, I GUESS SHE QUIT INSTEAD OF GETTING HER BUTT CHEWED OUT 50 TIMES A DAY. More

No call backs, no service work The navigation on my 2015 RAM 2500 hasn't worked since May. Truck in the shop several times, no resolution. The next to last service visit, the techn The navigation on my 2015 RAM 2500 hasn't worked since May. Truck in the shop several times, no resolution. The next to last service visit, the technician tried loading software, no resolution again. And, after i got the truck home, an message pops up on startup that says "Service Electronic Braking System" and then goes away. In addition, the antislip light is on constantly and the cruise control won't work. Service department opened a Star case. I scheduled an appointment a week ahead of time, took the truck to the dealership. They promised a call back to give me a status report. I called after lunch, they told me they would check on it and call me back in about 10 minutes. I received no call back. I went back to the dealership to get my truck and talk to the service manager. He told me they were understaffed and had too much work to do and that this was a bad time of year since they were so busy. He also said there were vehicles there for as long as two months. I do NOT recommend this dealership for any kind of service work unless you have an extra vehicle and are willing to leave your vehicle there for them to eventually get to. More
