Aaron was our salesman and he was wonderful to work with! He was not pushy or persistent to get a sale, he was a genuine person! I purchased my 2023 Buick Encore GX from this dealership in 2022. I when it suddenly didn’t start on Tuesday, Michael Troutner and Jason Dietrich immediately sent someone to jump start it, take it into the in 2022. I when it suddenly didn’t start on Tuesday, Michael Troutner and Jason Dietrich immediately sent someone to jump start it, take it into the shop and evaluate the problem. Mike kept me informed throughout the whole procedure and let me know what they were going to do about the problem. I could not ask for anyone to be more helpful, kind and courteous. Indeed, everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful and professional from the courtesy shuttle drivers to Mike and Jason. I highly recommend this dealership! More
My battery went dead simply because I don't drive my car very far (2015 Verano with 18,400 miles) and therefore my battery is not being charged enough. I called AAA and they jump started my car so I could drive it to Spitzer Buick after I had called Greg (Service) to tell him what had happened. I had to use the curtesy service to take me home and have them pick me up when my car was done. Spitzer charged my battery, without any charge to me, and they suggested my driving it further distances to keep the battery charged. My car was done even before the appointed time for my appointment and Greg Smith and the courtesy driver could not have been nicer. I bought my car new there, when it was Warner, and I will keep taking my car there for any repairs because they treat older customers with respect and dignity. Thank you, Greg and Spitzer. More
