2018 Malibu Purchase I had visited 4 previous dealerships to possibly trade my 2014 Malibu in excellent condition with low miles. No one came close to a deal. I was greeted by Nancy Fisk & Brian Parsel who was very courteous & was willing to work numbers with me along with Tom Bowen. I felt no pressure but they truly wanted to sell me a car . It was a deal I couldn’t walk away from. I had additional requests which they provided. Brian was most helpful when I picked up the car today & explained all of the functions. Beyond Expectations! My daughter was in the market for a vehicle. She is only 21 so we were unsure if it were possible due to limited credit. I had previously worked with Alice Dennis when I purchased my vehicle in February (which she was awesome then) so I brought my daughter to Spitzer Amherst and requested Alice Dennis. Alice worked tirelessly to get my daughter into a nice vehicle. Every day for a week, (an indecisive 21yo) we had continued contact regarding this purchase. Even needing an out of state co-signer wasn’t an issue. The finance manager Tom sent the papers overnight FedEx. Alice and Tom went above and beyond expectations helping my daughter get a nice car. She decided on a 2016 Chevy Cruze LT. they detailed and cleaned it. Put gas in it and made sure is was showroom presentable!! Will always go back to Spitzer Amherst! More
