They took my $1000 deposit promised to hold for a week and sold it out from under me, they did however apologize for their "mistake" after I had made travel arrangements, financing arrangements, time off and sold it out from under me, they did however apologize for their "mistake" after I had made travel arrangements, financing arrangements, time off from work etc. They were to call me back in 24 hours with a plan B, Never did. They lied and deceived, did not do ANYTHING they promised except take my deposit! I have yet to hear from these crooks Wish there was a negative 100 rating. They are in breech of contract and should be sued, and I just may! More

I have never had a better car buying experience from start to finish. The process was flawless. Nnamdi Nwodo, helped with the process. I went in for my 30,000 mile check and was charged for an oil change although I have Oil Changes for life. Was told the Company was sold and the new owner did not honor past deals. I left and as I got on oil change although I have Oil Changes for life. Was told the Company was sold and the new owner did not honor past deals. I left and as I got on 635 I noticed my low tire light was on. It was too difficult to get off and go back to the dealership. The next day I'm driving north on No. Central Expressway and my rear tire was flat. I could not stop so had to drive to the nearest exit because it was rush hour traffic. I called John Eagle and they don't have auto rescue service anymore. I am beside myself and finally got someone to come change my tire after waiting two and a half hours. We have purchased all of our Toyotas from here, but NO LONGER WILL I EVER STEPFOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT! More

Please avoid this dealership at all cost like a plague. I just bought a 4runner in December but I'm very disappointed and angry. Very dishonest salesman and finance department who are ready to lead you into just bought a 4runner in December but I'm very disappointed and angry. I'm really disappointed with how they handled my purchase but I'm going forward for an arbitration. I'll never recommend anyone to go to this place ever. But they messed with a wrong African..juju will follow them back and they'll never have peace with their money too. More

Beware before you buy a vehicle here. When I purchased a brand new car from them 3 years ago, I was offered and signed a document that included 10 oil changes. My surprise today at my 4th oil change was tha brand new car from them 3 years ago, I was offered and signed a document that included 10 oil changes. My surprise today at my 4th oil change was that this dealer "was sold" to another company but still operates under the same name of Sport City, the emails that I receive, the receipts, all current paper work still say John Eagle!, and they won't honor previous oil changes agreements. I spoke to Juan Laca, the salesman that signed my "program", and he was limited to tell me that he only sells cars, when he was the one that sold me that “program” if I was able to pay a little more for my vehicle. Knowing that Sport City is well known for cheating a lot during their process of selling a car I bought last year from Toyota of Dallas and so far, they have been sincere and honest. Claim warranties and recalls from Sport City has been very difficult with this truck, and I need to mention also that the negotiation process was shady since the beginning, and this is the result! They won't honor what is on paper. Such a bad practice of not honoring written agreements could be a great story for any news channel. More

Just took my 2018 Corolla in to have the recall done as well as oil change. Just found out today that my lifetime oil change is no longer valid which was part of the perks when I purchased the car. No communication was sent that I am no longer eligible for this. Anyone who purchased a car and had this should be GRANDFATHERED in. This is done everywhere. Does Lithia have their head buried under a rock? I have purchased 3 cars at this dealership. This will be my last one. If Lithia cannot inform previous customers of changes how can they inform new ones.....don't shop at this dealership. Go somewhere else! More
