After our first purchase with Sue, we were glad to come back and work with her again. She was very informative and helpful with chosing our new truck. have shopped at. There friendliness approach and willingness to make you comfortable and yet knowledgeable
about the product you are buying without pushing you to make a decision on the spot made it more enjoyable.

Can't say enough about Sport Hyundai Dodge. I have been looking at a used truck online for approx 3 weeks and each time I went online to look to see if it was still there I would get a phone call from Diane (Internet sales) and wanted to know if I wanted to come in for a test drive. I finally called her back and scheduled a test drive. When I arrived at Sport Hyundai Dodge I was greeted by Bob Christensen who was great from the time I met him. I advised him of my test drive and he went and got the vehicle and we took it for a test drive. Bob sat in the back while my Dad and I looked the truck over and discussed a few things during the test drive, when we returned to Sport Dodge Bob answered all our questions that we had talked about on the test drive. I explained to Bob my Credit issues and also my trade in so he was not in for any surprises. Bob took all my information down and came back and and said that I have been approved by 1 bank and they were waiting on another one to get back to them but it was late at night and it was all computer generated answers so Bob wanted to speak to the banks the next day. Bob gave me the keys to the truck that I test drove and said here take it home and I will call you tomorrow with all the numbers. My father and I drove off the lot with the 2006 F250 that we had looked at. Bob called the next day and stated he spoke with the bank and was able to get me the payment that I wanted. I was so excited and couldn't believe that Bob had taken the time to help me with the bad condition my trade was in and my credit history but he did and was able to help me get into a newer vehicle. If anyone asked me were to go to buy a car I would most certainly send them to BOB CHRISTENSEN AT SPORT HYUNDAI DODGE.. THANKS AGAIN BOB I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DID.

i feel i gave them a good rating over all because of one matter, I feel they don't give thier vehicles a thourough enough inspection before selling them, especially a preowned vehicle. For example, the car i purchased was as is, but the i feel was never inspected. It had a broken weld on the drivers seat for the adjustment, tree sap all over it, a valve cover leak, and an air leak in the front drivers side tire. these are all minor but could have been easily fixed before sale of the vehicle if only a minor inspection of the car was performed. I liked the car and can handle these small repairs on my own so i purchased it. However the broken weld on the drivers seat raises a safety issue and the vehicle should not have been presented for sale.
