The store manager wasn’t welcoming to work with even with the issue I was dealing with with the services department, this would be my third purchase at this same dealership now as of yesterday when I went in the issue I was dealing with with the services department, this would be my third purchase at this same dealership now as of yesterday when I went in for the same issue with the vibration and the AC motor being damaged he wasn’t helpful to work with. He didn’t care much about my concerns or the issue I was having with the car, when I left a bad review on his services department he came around and ask me REALLY Gadiel I went ahead told him that this isn’t the first time sir it’s my 8th time so that review will remain there, Dan THE STORE MANAGER got very upset and told me that we will part ways and he will no longer accept my services I INFORM HIM that’s completely fine, I wouldn’t mind not working with him or aside of anyone else who would not assist the issue or show CONCERNS of it. Mr.Dan is not professional and the way he handle things wasn’t professional at all it was unacceptable and unprofessional of him also for kicking me and telling me not to return JUST because I left a review on them. I’ll take my business to a different mazda who would appreciate my services! More

Usually rate Sport Mazda North very highly as their service dept is better than most. Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue.
