Unfortunately, this is only resulted in you putting significant time and effort in the posting of multiple negative reviews about my businesses under different names/aliases. My management teams at both locations have expressed their desire to no longer service you as a customer at this time. We wish you the best of luck with whatever dealership you choose to do business with in the future. Regrettably you are no longer welcome as a customer in either Sport Mazda location.

Mr.Jay Mealey for you to respond to my negative review about your dealership at both location informing I’m not welcome back, you wasn’t there when the issue started, you’re going based on what ur staff has told you there’s always 2 side of the story! Maybe you has the owner at both location should better train your manager, supervisor, employee on how to handle issue that they have cause and not resolve. Ur staff from the services department needs to be retrain on how to fix people cars they screw up the first time actually let me rephrase that! They have damaged something that my car had a bad vibration when getting the car back the first day I took it for services. they have done couple works on the car resurfaced the rotors twice NOT sure why would they do that on a new car and replace the AC Axel and replace the AC Motor!! I had to take the car back more than one time but 6 or 7 times for the sam isssue! I could have easily sue the company for the the issue I had in the car no that supposedly they have fixed when they didn’t it’s called lamon LAW!! And trust me when I say I have proof that the stuff they said they worked on wasn’t worked on I got document from a different mazda dealership who actually fixed the proBLEM on one visit! They’re better than ur dealership that’s for sure! And they provided me the document in the stuff they fixed that ur dealership couldn’t do !! So please I could careless if I’m not allowed at ur dealership THERES over 1000 dealership I can go to who would treat their customers right!! You need to retrain ur whole crew VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I will stand by it!! Trust me I won’t tell no one to buy a car from either of ur locations ! You HAVE a wonderful day :)
