Employee who works at the services department are just not polite and always have an attitude whenever I ask a question.. I had to bring my car back in more than 3 times for the same issue. I always explain that they won’t feel vibration on the steering wheel due to the fact they do not drive the car every day like I do. Another common issue was the AC Motor first time they clean it and the second time they replace the motor and bringing it back the third time for the same issue. Sport Mazda North is THE BEST DEALER its customer service is exceptional. Friendly staff. I bought 5 cars so far. I always have great experience. The last time I had an appt but it was for Mazda South (mis is exceptional. Friendly staff. I bought 5 cars so far. I always have great experience. My salesman Zee Saidi, was so nice, pleasant and great to work with, not a high pressure salesman at all. Finance manager worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be with having to put a bunc work with, not a high pressure salesman at all. Finance manager worked with me to get my payments where I needed them to be with having to put a bunch of extra money down, it went smooth, and Beth she's great she went through and set up all the electronics and she is my go to person anytime I have questions or issues using them. This Mazda dealership is AWESOME I highly recommend them. More
