Helpful, and knowledgeable about her products, she made the experience of buying a vehicle an enjoyable one. The one thing I found disappointing was the lack of communication between departments. I asked several times to just be shown interest rates and payment options after running my credit. When I was lead into the finance office for the first time, it was to immediately sign paperwork to buy the car. No finance options were discussed first. Other than that one criticism, this place was awesome. Never once felt pressured and Barby was with me from a warm smile and handshake walking into the dealership, to taking a picture with me and my new car and waving me off. More
