Michael was attentive to my wishes and concerns in a new car and took the time to explain the various trim lines and options. He kept me updated each step of the way during the purchasing process (it was a week long due to various reasons - timing issues on my part and my new car delivery) and even sent me a picture of my new car when it arrived at the dealership! Who takes the time to do that?! Mike does! I would buy a car from him again and again. He brought Kyle in to discuss price with me and he was incredibly friendly - not "salesy" at all. They even sent me off with a car to test drive one at the competition down the road. Now that's speaks volumes to their customer service and pretty much cinched the deal. The two of them became my "Dynamic Duo" at Sport Mazda and deserve to be recognized. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Stephanie who at the end of a long day of work acted like there was no place she would rather be than with me to go over the ins and outs of my new car. Kudos for taking the time to make it a great experience overall. Car buying experience from the minute I walked onto the dealership, meeting the Salesperson Noel Ruiz to even the finance person-Andy Rodriguez was fantastic. How often can you say that about a finance person....lol. In all seriousness, Andy is a great addition to this dealership. One of the friendliness finance people you will ever meet, he also remembered me from one of my previous car purchases at another dealership he used to work at. I could see the progress being made and as soon a Great new facility, and you can watch on Big Screen in the waiting area as your is being serviced... I could see the progress being made and as soon as the mechanic backed out, I knew my car would be ready for me to drive off in a few minutes.... Like always, the Staff was great, coffee made to order, and plenty of snacks as you waited.... Will be back in 5000 for my next oil change.... More
