Horrible service. Scheduled an appointment for OIL CHANGE. Because engine light was on they put in the service for inspection and not an oil change. When vehicle was done they still did not do oil change so had to wait even longer, my spouse took it in so when charged $180 didn't realize that was not the normal oil change cost. Then when they did oil change charged another $60! Best they could do was give 10 off... the inspection they didn't even know why the engine light was on just gave a guess. The principle was we did not ask for that service at all, we wanted an oil change. We got the vehicle in late with 0% oil life so already figured the light was on because we needed the oil change. We have been loyal customers for over 11 years so this is very disappointing they scammed us this visit and refusing to make it right! We did not want the inspection at all!! They definitely lost our business we will not be returning. More

Jennifer, Priscilla and Tanner are horrible to deal with. We were treated badly and, we walked out! It is our opinion, based on our experience, that they treated us badly because we are a gay married couple. We were treated badly and, we walked out! this dealership is a joke, we just bought a Honda from this dealership, and they forced a lot of unnecessary extra money on us, they will advertise their cars cheaply but will try so hard to add a whole l this dealership, and they forced a lot of unnecessary extra money on us, they will advertise their cars cheaply but will try so hard to add a whole lot of extras making the car expensive. we are not happy with their security $1600 and cash accessories of about $500 which they hid it from us. they added some hidden fees to make more money from you.
