Buyers beware! ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experie ! I bought a used Nissan pathfinder from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda about a month ago and It was a complete nightmare and the worst car buying experience l've ever had. The sales and service departments are very shady and full of lies. They sold me a car that they claimed passed a smog check until a few weeks later the DMV called and said they can't register the vehicle because something is suspicious with the smog paperwork come to find out after the dealer had my car for over two weeks, trying to smog it, there is an issue with the computer not reading the 02 sensor monitors and they were unable to figure it out. I tried to give them time to fix it, but got fed up and demanded my money back and for them to unwind the contract. After I finally got my money back then they tried to pressure me into buying a brand new Honda and I told them I would never buy a vehicle from the dealer because they are very shady and untrustworthy and I will be reporting them to the DMV and the bureau of automotive repairs. Don't make the mistake like I did in dealing with this dealer go to rock Honda or another dealer. Now they are trying to re-sell it without updating the carfax. More

I will never buy a car at this dealership. They couldn’t car less about selling this car. I contacted them on a Monday about a car and they told me I would have to wait until Thursday to have They couldn’t car less about selling this car. I was shopping for other cars, but since this dealer is close, I decided to wait. 30mins before my appointment, they cancelled, but I was already in my way. They tried to sell me a different car, but it was outside my price range. They told me that I would need to contact them in the weekend, to schedule the next visit for the car. They followed up with me on Saturday only to tell me that the car I wished to see now had 22,000 extra miles on it from what they listed online. I asked if this would affect the price and they said that they will call me back in a few minutes with an updated price. Only when I called back two days later did they inform me that they would not be adjusting the price. Complete waste of time and effort. Zero consideration. Don’t waste your time. More
