Our salesperson "Woody" did a fantastic job of finding the right SUV with the bells and whistles I was looking for without going above my budget. The price on the vehicle was below the listed value and it appeared to be a great deal, however living in the metropolitan DC area, I wanted to make sure the car was in good condition prior to traveling the 3 hours. Phil and Ashton responded to my inquiries quickly and in a detailed manner. They emailed pictures of the exterior and interior, commented on the condition of the vehicle and shared the Carfax. Based off of their information I secured the deal. Once getting the vehicle it was as described. The staff was courteous an d helpful. I would highly recommend Tom Masano Mitsubishi.
