She was awesome, she answered all my questions on the history of the truck and about the truck and she never tried to push me or persuade me, which is a big deal to me. I like to sell myself on big purchases, I don't like to be pressured. They gave me a fair trade on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, a little more than market value estimates but a little less than I would have liked, like I said, fair. The entire experience was the shortest experience I've ever had at a dealership which I owe to Kyle and Abby just being incredibly easy to work with and me already knowing what I wanted.
