We were very satisfied with the sale transaction. My husband and I were going there to look at another vechicle, we had seen online. When we had arrived that vechicle had already been on hold. We then were approached by Rob Boty who helped us with the sale, showing us two other vechicles that were in our price range. We liked the 02 cadillac escalade and began the approval process. We were happy with the smooth and fast sale, I will definetly use this dealer in the future for myself and recommendations to others. Thanks again!

I walked into the dealership to sign papers for husbands trade in and drove off with a car it was not was I was expecting to do that night, but working with Micael George was a great experience he was very informative, his customer service was superb, he listened to my concerns, he understood what I was saying. We laughed. I also worked with CJ Landis he was also very informative, explained every detail so I could understand.The next morning I e-mailed Micael and CJ Landis regarding some questions both gentlemen got back to me right away. CJ e-mailed me re-assuring my questions would be answered, he was concerned about what I needed to say and I didn't feel that I was bothering him. Both were very friendly. I highly recommend Star Pre-owned / Bethlehem.

Keith Yost and his band of collision experts really did a bang-up job! I know Volkswagons can be tough but they dove right in and the results are first class. This has to be the Lehigh Valley's best kept secret for top shelf collision repair. I will gladly be a repeat customer.

My experience with Keith Yost and his team was outstanding. The quality of work done on my 2008 Enclave was flawless. However, his expertise with automobile repair is secondary to his ablilty to communicate and explain the process. I knew exactly what,when,why and how the repair was to be accomplished. I have purchased too many vehicles from these guys over the years. They truly make you feel like you are a friend not just "another customer." I have know Pat and Anthony for many years and have purchased from them at other dealerships. I followed them to Star and the same great service I have come accustomed to still holds true today has it has for the last 15 years.

I was very pleased with this group. No pressure. seriously. After I test drove a vehicle I stated I had to go down the road to Faulkner to test drive a vehicle. "okay" said the salesman Frank Heater "see you later". after my experience at Faulkner I came back with a much better feeling. Negotiations were pretty relaxed. They ended up giving me decent deal on the car I test drove. I tested 3 card in the area that day. Pat Cerino(boss) was easy to deal with and Anthony Marzigliano(finance guy) were fine to work with. After my crappy experience at Muller Toyota(rude,imperious attitudes)this was truly a different car buying experience! I waited(3 weeks)to post this review because time helps give you perspective on everything. Looking back I would say I would use this dealer again for a used car. Thanks for your help Frank! Brian Hall was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable when presented with the information about our problem with our niece's car. He arranged for towing and service for replacing the battery. He was very pleasant to work with.

Star was highly recommended to me through a great friend and I couldn't have been any more pleased with the service! Although I was simply perusing to get an idea of what kind of vehicle I would want to switch to next, and me tending to be extremely indecisive person, Edward was more than patient when it came to test driving at least 6 vehicles that day and working out great fair prices that certainly would have persuaded me to leave with a car that day. When I'm finally ready to make my purchase Star will definitely be where I'm going!
