Just bought a used Audi A8 from Stephen at Starwood Motors. Entire process was via internet, email, photos and phone calls. Entire process went very smooth. We went to Starwood Motors first and decided we didn't need to see anything else. Stephen was awesome to work with. He communicated every step along the way and went out of the way to make sure we were taken care of. The finance process went smoothly and quickly. The longest part of the process was waiting to get the car back from getting the inspection sticker and getting it cleaned up. We got a great car at a very reasonable price. We WILL return to Starwood Motors for another car. More

Kevin was very good to work with and kept me informed concerning the status of my jeep. There was a slow down in communication after I took possession of the jeep but still had questions concerning the t concerning the status of my jeep. There was a slow down in communication after I took possession of the jeep but still had questions concerning the tag registration but he did eventually get back w/ me. I also called Kim after not hearing from Kevin on my 1st attempt and after having to hear about how much work she had piled up on her desk she said she would get to it in a couple of days. My only other thought is that when you spend that kind of money on a jeep...it should come calibrated so that the speedometer is accurate. Overall a good experience and love the jeep. More

This is the first vehicle we have ever found, negotiated, and effectively purchased on-line and through email. There were no phone calls until the day before we travelled to Dallas (from San Antonio) to pic and effectively purchased on-line and through email. The Starwood website accurately described the vehicle (although the website listed one option that the vehicle did not actually have)and the picture quality was excellent. The vehicle was everything we hoped it would be and the price was very competitive for that specific car. Sonny Brooks was very nice and professional and we will certainly check with Starwood again when we are in the market for another vehicle. More

Scott was helpful at first, after he knew my wife and I were flying out he sold the car we were coming to get out from under us with less than 24 hrs before my flight to come get car. He told my wife I wouldn't put a $50 deposit Dow when we were coming to him with $10k cash. Needless to say had to just waste over $300 on plane tix I didn't use and got screwed out of the car I was purchasing. Biggest liar ever but I guess that's why he sales cars. To make things worse, Scott has the nerve to call first thin Friday morning to tell my wife that she is an extortionist!!!!!!!! bc he sold the car out from under us. That's real ethical and professional. I would be surprised if his manager knew about this. After researching Scott I found out he did this to someone els 3 months prior at a different dealership. Shame on me for not doin research first I guess Not to mention he had a buyers order sent to my banker, talked directly to him, and put the car as pending on his website.... More
