Even though my initial experience was not that great dealing with one of the staff but when i eventually dealt with Scott, i really noticed that he was showing genuine interest in helping me. He addressed all my issues and answered the questions i had and addressed them in a very professional manner. My whole perspective of the dealership changed and now i know that if i recommend someone to the dealership (which i will surely do), there are people like Scott who gives importance to Customer's satisfaction and not just sell the car and forget it. This was far and away the best car buying experience of my life. The staff was accommodating and pleasant throughout the entire process. If you are in teh market for a specialized vehicle I could not recommend any one else.

This is my first online transaction for a car, bmw 335is convertible. Chris was a very pleasant person to deal with and make the transaction very easy. I am glad that I have the pleasure to deal with Chris and and the staff at Starwood. He will answer or seek answer to any question and concern at a timely manner. There was an unexpected issue that i found out after receiving my car but chris did a good job of taking care of it. I would highly recommend Chris and hope to deal with him again on future purchase

Walked in not really knowing the place or anybody. Was received by friendly faces at receptionist desk as well as financing desk. Ladies were extremely helpful and nice. Met Kevin who was not pushy or dis-respectful. Not the typical sales experiences we have had in the past. Highly recommend the dealership. Highly recommend Kevin Hampton. We give it an excellent rating because it is not the typical dealership. There are not robots in suits and ties waiting for you to pull in. Thank You Starwood Motors!

I'm just a guy. A guy who dreamed about one day owning a special car. Finally I was able to get serious. I thought I had the Porsche I wanted. Went to Houston and amidst the balloons and DJs there was a car that they misrepresented. I walked away. That was tough. I hope that car found a good home. Then I came across Starwood. Where I found a car slightly beyond my dreams. I bought a 2009 Porsche 4S cabriolet. It was perfect, and in budget. It turns out my salesman, Stephen Rosenkrantz was a Porsche expert. It kept getting better. He guided me on an in depth and very honest assessment of the car. If anything he played it down. When I got there it was more than I imagined. Starwood's facilities were wonderful too. High design, and civilized. Nice people surrounded by incredible cars. Absolutely my kind of place. I live in Austin and will be on every back road I can find for years to come. The guy with the ridiculous smile on his face. All thanks to Stephen and Starwood. By the way, this is the first review I've ever written. Thanks.

My husband had been looking at Starwood Motors website for over 2yrs. A close friend drove up in a brand new Jeep and mentioned he purchased it at Starwood. That was all it took....we were in Stephen Rosenkrantz office within 2 weeks. Stephen was great!! Walked me through the steps of creating a Jeep that suited me - we customized every aspect. Received my Jeep in under 3 weeks, and I LOVE IT!!
