Did not want to help with a transmission issue Brought my 2012 Ram 1500 to dealership with transmission issue. 1st time it was fixed with all new parts( torque converter, pump kit, valve body, tran Brought my 2012 Ram 1500 to dealership with transmission issue. 1st time it was fixed with all new parts( torque converter, pump kit, valve body, transmission cooler and lines (contamination of clutch material). $100.00 deductible and 'YOUR ALL SET". After towing my 7x14 concession trailer, trans acted up again called service manager told him I needed a truck to tow my trailer. I was told we have a truck to loan you but you can't tow with a loaner. Took transmission out for 2nd time and "pump got so hot it turned blue" "trailer to heavy for truck" " really need 3/4 ton". Borrowed a truck and took trailer to trash transfer station and found out trailer is #4360 I called Jason and told him if truck can't pull a 4360 pound trailer I would buy another manufacture that can. Brought scale readout to Jason and was told "this paper looks cheap and you can print this at home", I offered him to take any truck off the lot and take trailer anywhere he wanted to weigh it ( looked at me like I had 3 heads). So after 8 weeks of begging, borrowing other friends truck Chrysler/Ram decided to put a "new" transmission in. Instead of admitting there was a issue with transmission and making it right after the 2nd week I had to wait 6 more weeks for them to fix it. Great Purchasing Experience I have bought and traded many cars and boats in my lifetime and I have to say this purchase and trade-in was one of the easiest and best experiences. My sales person (Jason) was very friendly and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressured into making a fast decision. I recommend this dealership and Jason. Love the Jeep ! More
Rude, dishonest, prime example of that old school salesman I drove 3 hours to view and test drive a used vehicle. I have over 15 years of experience with the same vehicle. Initially, meeting salesman was typ I drove 3 hours to view and test drive a used vehicle. I have over 15 years of experience with the same vehicle. Initially, meeting salesman was typical...friendly, and helpful. After my test drive I pointed out little things like the fact the passenger side door handle did not operate, door had to be forcefully opened from outer handle, or opened normally from inside handle. The main kicker that spiked an argument was the lockers the vehicle came with from the factor. I said they do not engage. I was immediately engaged with an argument that they were supposedly just working fine, so I made him prove it, and he admitted they were not working once he saw for himself. From there, they claimed they would fix them, we discussed pricing over the phone several times throughout the next few days and once they "best lead mechanic he has" looked at the lockers, he told me they were in fact engaging and the flashing lights on the dash meant they were locked. Absolutely 100% incorrect information, which lead to a 5 minute argument that the lights should illuminate solid. How does a dealership not even know how their own products function? Furthermore, the rude obnoxious tone of voice from Jason made me so disgusted, even after coming very close to settling on the price, I decided to take my business elsewhere. They wanted top dollar for an 11 year old vehicle that wasn't even in good condition. The motor was filthy, there was rust on the firewall, the tires were old, the lockers did not work, the door handle didn't function properly, and if a price was settled on, I'm to trust a dealership that didn't even understand how to engage the factory lockers, or understand what the indicator lights meant? At the very least, know the product that you are selling. The conduct of the salesman was becoming of a fly by night no name garage. I can't believe this was a real Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. Good luck if you chose to give them your business. More
