What I received was just the opposite; upon arrival I was pleasantly greeted and asked what I was seeking in a vehicle. Paul listened attentively, took notes and only after we finished our "wish list" did he offer his insight. Paul's reccomendations were informative, well thought out and his knowledge of the product was bar nun. Most importantly, Paul took the time to listen to us, and communicated with us in a way that made us feel comfortable, as if we were old friends drinking a beer, rather than in a stuffy sales person v consumer throw down! More

Paul is a great, informative, no-pressure salesman, but Paul was helpful and very informative. Relaxed, easy approach. However, when I changed my financing everything went off the rails. Things got mixed up, paperwork was delayed, the insurance waiver took FOREVER to get to my insurance company. The day after I picked up the car, when I turned the heat on, I was met with the incredibly strong stench of cigarette smoke. I feel that should have been checked and fixed before the car was put on the lot. However, when I called the service department, they told me to bring it in, and they did manage to fix the problem.
