On August 18, 2014, 29 months later, I was made an offer to do a trade-in of my 2012 Kia Sorento, through the general manager of Paul Cerame Ford in Florissant, MO. Instead of approaching the general manager, I contacted my wonderful salesman, James Bertram, who was able to assist me. I have truly enjoyed my 2012 Kia Sorento, but traded it in for a 2014 Kia Sportage LX for downsizing purposes. James Bertram was able, once again, to make the best deal possible for my budget. I believe that James has the customer's best interest when looking for a particular vehicle. I am quite pleased with James and will always hold his trust in all of my future Paul Cerame Kia experiences. More
