Joe handled my purchase of a new F150 from the Cerame Ford dealership. I rate Joe as a 5 in regard to his professionalism in handling of the deal, advice, keeping me advised of the delivery date and comp Ford dealership. His efforts and the efforts of the dealership are appreciated. I rate the Cerame Ford dealership as a 5 in regard to courtesy and the ability to work a deal. The trade in price offered was right on. This was surprising because I was puchasing under an X plan and previous experience with X plan trade in offers with other dealers left a lot to be desired. I rate Joe Ford as a 5 in his closing the paperwork while not trying to push extras onto the deal. Overall the experience was a 5 out of 5. Dave Maechling More
Well when I first got to the dealership James greeted me with respect and push me, he made me test drive the Kia Soul lol. James took his time to explain to me what I needed to do and was very patience with me knowing that I had never owned a new car. It took a minute but I got a Kia Soul not the one I test drive and it doesn’t have a roof but I'm happy because I have a 2012 lol. I love James and if I had to do it all over again I would want James to handle my business. More

I left a review earlier but after the phone call I just received I need to change my rating of this dealer. I am so irritated with the lack of honesty from some of the persons at this dealership. When I bought my new Sorento I was told that I needed to finance through Kia to get a $1500 rebate. What they didn't tell me was if I DIDN'T finance through Kia I'd have gotten a $1000 rebate. I could have gotten a rate of 2.1% through my credit union but instead ended up with a 3.9% rate from Kia. The thing that ticks me off the most was that the finance guy took out the $1500 rebate and changed the % in the program to what I'd get from my credit union. It appeared that I'd have a higher payment through my CU. HOWEVER, if he had added the rebate I was ENTITLED TO, I'd have definitely gone with my CU and had a lower payment! Frankly that's underhanded. A week later, after I stewed about this issue, I made a few attempts to contact Tony Cerame. Not a single message was returned. I just received a call from the person who purchased my Ford Escape from Paul Cerame. There was paperwork in the glove box from a repair that had been done when I was rear ended the month prior. The gentleman who called me said that he was told by someone at Cerame that they had no idea about the accident, that it didn't come up on CarFax. Possibly the latter part of that statement is true but the former is a blatant lie. I told Sharon Dash, who I dealt with for the purchase of my vehicle, that my car had body work done. I told her the entire lift gate had been replaced. I have no problem with car dealerships trying to make a profit. Everyone needs to earn a living. But I do not appreciate the underhanded things that this dealership did to me and apparently to someone else. Do NOT buy your vehicle from Paul Cerame. Go anywhere else, even Auffenberg in Fairview Heights, IL. They charge you stupid fees, but I've never heard of them out and out lying to someone. I will be finding a different dealership from where to purchase my daughter's Kia Soul. More

I was very pleased with my experience at Paul Cerame. I am a first time buyer, and my sales consultant was the best. She made timely responses to all of my inquiries, she was honest about the cars she found, and she made sure I received the options & quotes we agreed upon for purchasing my vehicle. More
