Les, that sounds like a great PR response. However, if you wanted to retain my business it would have been reasonable for you to disclose upfront to me that you had changed the pricing on the vehicle that I already had a deposit on when I was on the phone with you, instead of hoping that I wouldn’t notice that you had eliminated the dealer discount that Carlos had promised me, and then refusing to take or return my repeated calls to you. The sincerity of your generic, copy-and-pasted apology might hold a little more weight if you weren’t the individual who tried to rip me off.

That's convenient of you to say considered I've already called twice. I've spoken to you and the service manager. Your service department serviced this vehicle from day one. You knew it didn't have the ring replacement and you sold it to me anyway. Now I'm stuck with a beater that I can't in good conscious sell because I know it is fatally flawed.
