I've been searching for a new 2013 M6 F12 convertible for months, i came across the M6 convertible I wanted at Steven Creek BMW. Rocky and I exchange a few emails to confirm the availability of the car and the purchase price, once everything was confirmed my husband and I flew out to San Jose to pick up the car. (We live in Southern California, it was well worth the trip) Rocky picked us up at the airport, he was waiting right at the arrival gate when we arrived. It was a quick 15min ride from the airport and when we got to the dealership the car was washed, cleaned and ready to go as promised!! Rocky promised an easy and fast transaction and it was exactly what happened!! Having seen the low ratings of this geographically close dealership, I initially went to a competitor in a different city. Having never been to a BMW dealership in my life (we own everything else except a B dealership, I initially went to a competitor in a different city. Then I decided to visit Stevens Creek BMW which has a wide selection of vehicles, more than anybody in NorCal, maybe even all of CA. My first impression was very good when a sales associate, Frank Garcia, helped me to find the car I was looking for in the parking lot. Alex Chui went onto a test-drive with my wife and I on Sunday. But the real (positive) surprise came on Monday when I was contacted by Rocky, Internet Sales Manager, offering his help. Rocky's friendliness, knowledge, listening skills (I talk a lot :-) and generally caring attitude made all the difference in the world for to decide on a BMW to special order (they had one on the lot but my wife wanted something special...). The negotiated price (and the process to get there) was exceptional but more than that, again, was Rocky's attitude to "work with the customer" (no matter how crazy they are :-). I can recommend BMW Stevens Creek to ANYBODY, just ask for Rocky. And last but not least, when I talked to Service to find out something about a satellite radio install, Neil Simon went out of his way (and I wasn't even a customer -yet) to find out about and explain it all to me. Again, overall a wonderful car shopping experience. More

Went into inquire about 2009 BMW 335i Convertible CPO vehicle and informed the sales person that I would buy it the same day should there be a fair deal i.e., competitive pricing based on KBB for CPO. He started treating me like a novice and started telling all the stories about how busy they are and how quickly their inventory gets cleared, how difficult it is to get appointments etc... Seriously????? A very arrogant dealership. The very next day I purchased the vehicle from another local dealership. After couple of weeks, again I visited their store to possibly purchase BMW Extended Maintenance plan and they started by saying 2700. BMW on their web site lists this $2096 and dealers normally do below this price or at this price depending on the relationship. Again, I ended up going to another BMW dealership and purchased the extended maintenance plan for $1780 More

Replied to Autotrader Ad for used car and scheduled a 9:00 am appointment. After driving from San Francisco, was called at 8:45 the morning of appointment to inform me that they could not find the car. T 9:00 am appointment. They called back 10 minutes later to tell me bumper was being spray painted and that they would call me back at noon to let me know what time it would be returned. Ron Ryan is the internet manager and they never called back. There was no aplogy for my driving down and missing work, no follow up call, nothing. I seriously doubt the car they listed was ever in their possesion. I would not trust the word of these people for anything. Totally unprofessional, not deserving of a BMW dealership. More

I brought my 2002 325I in for a rear tail light panel repair on a Nation wide BMW recall so No Charge. While performing the fix they did an overall inspection and found a the valve cover gasket leaking repair on a Nation wide BMW recall so No Charge. While performing the fix they did an overall inspection and found a the valve cover gasket leaking oil and my under engine panel broken/damaged. They left me a voicemail at my home to get authorization to make these fixes. The gasket cover quoted at $510 and the under panel quoted at $279. I declined the repairs as I have my own auto mechanic who knows my car and does repairs. When I picked up my car,and drove home we discovered the under panel and the four bolts missing. When I called the dealer to find out what happened to it and that I didn't authorize anything to be taken off my car, they told me it wasn't on there to begin with. There was a miscommunication between the service technician and the assistant service manager, KIN SALAS. I definitely know the panel was on my car when I brought it in. More

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I agree with the other customer: this place had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. You think used car manager Jason is the rudest person you've ever met? Mee customer: this place had the worst customer service I've ever experienced. It is not hard to explain why a person as rude as Jason is can still survive at this dealership. "Like father like son" can be easily seen here with a twist "like boss like employee". Jason's demeanor is extremely condescending. Any question you have he turns into an argument. Kevin refused to talk to customer at all which might be a good thing for the dealership because he is more rude than Jason and harasses female customer, which can easily result a lawsuit for sure. On the other hand, if you were a customer, it might be wise never meet him in person unless you are in very good health. His demeanor and rudeness can give you a hard attack. For whatever reason, I highly recommend that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. I walked out with tears in my eye which haven't happened to me for many many years. The last time I cried was when my grandma died 12 years ago. I've heard this happened to another female customer not too long ago. It could happen to you too. More

Do not go to this delership if you expect them to help you understand your future car. They are just good for papaer work. No one has list of inventory. Ask for information multiple times befor you get the information you are looking for. Only reason i am rethinking to buy BMW is poor service i got. If i buy BMW, I will be going though bad service everytime i have to take my car to dealership for services. 4 yrs of bad service - xxxx NO. This is worse dealership I ever encountered. This guys are bunch of crooks, if you go for services their, they will find you some phony leak issue, charge you without doing any service.
