Stevens Creek BMW - Service Center

I sent my mom (70+ yrs. old sorry mom :) ) over to Stevens Creek BMW to have her first service on her new 325i because I had heard the service department was friendly there. I was really surprised th Stevens Creek BMW to have her first service on her new 325i because I had heard the service department was friendly there. I was really surprised that Roel and the crew there exceeded my already high expectations and treated her with kindness and respect. The car was done quickly, efficiently and with obvious care.
