Had them replace a blower motor when it went out a few years ago, then the blower motor went out again recently and when they looked at it turns out it was damaged when they previously installed it and ha years ago, then the blower motor went out again recently and when they looked at it turns out it was damaged when they previously installed it and had visible tool marks on it. Despite them being the only shop to work on that area of the car they were unwilling to fix or replace the part in which they damaged. On top of that the service advisor Travis was very rude and unprofessional, tried talking to service manager frank and I was threatened and yelled at, then general manager Mike was polite but unwilling to help in any way. I recommend going to a different dealer as they have horrible customer service, and they do poor work in which they do not stand behind. Update 1/19/23: After filing report with BBB they responded to the BBB with many false claims and straight up lies. I highly recommend you go elsewhere to get your car repaired or to buy a car, as they are very unprofessional and will lie to the BBB and others as a way to not take responsibility. Why go to a company that tells lies to you, you will never know if they are telling the truth about a repair or a car that you are looking to buy. More

This dealership is full of CROOKS! ! I bought a truck with 50,000 miles on it, the transmission blows after just 2 months, they just wash their hands taking no accountability saying the !
