For example, "new" car buyers receive a full tank of gas when they drive off the lot, used car buyers do not. Not a huge deal, but we spent $20k, and a full tank of gas would have been appreciated. Also, trade in values were beyond ridiculous. In hindsight, I regret not selling my trade myself before making the deal with Stokes Honda. Finally, we ended up in the shop 2 days after the vehicle was purchased due to it braking down, at this time another issue was requested to be addressed, and was ignored. Regardless, the salesmen are all friendly, a bit more focus on used car buyers would have made the experience "great". More
I brought my 06 Civic in for which I discovered Honda issued a technical service buletin. The issue regarded unusual/premature wear of the rear tires. Although my car was long out of warrantee, Cleve t issued a technical service buletin. The issue regarded unusual/premature wear of the rear tires. Although my car was long out of warrantee, Cleve took the time to address the issue with the regional manager and ended up repairing my car by installing new rear control arms and performing an alignment for what I considered a very reasonable price. Its great to see that Honda and Stokes Honda in particular stand behind their products/service. This is my first Honda and with such great service, I'm sure it won't be my last. More

I had window visors and moonroof visors put on car. This was done at a local truck business in Summerville. Otherwise, the work I had done (tinting of windows) and the experience was exceptional. The service crew went out of their way to meet my needs in light of a serious family situation that I had to address unexpectantly and I deeply appreciate that. This 2012 Civic is the second car we have purchased from Stokes Honda (2011 Accord as well) and both purchases were exceptional in terms of all the criteria set above, from the sales team, financing team, and service team. We have been most satisfied with our experience at Stokes and will continue to use Stokes as our primary source for vehicle needs. More
I came in with a broken AC and was pleased how quickly I could make a same day appointment and bring my car in almost an hour before scheduled and be out within 45 mins. Other than my Honda having minor iss could make a same day appointment and bring my car in almost an hour before scheduled and be out within 45 mins. Other than my Honda having minor issues each year, everything has been great and was covered under the warrenty. More
I had 2 software recall items, so it was a no charge visit. But here is my question. I saw an article in the NY Times last week about 1 of these recalls, and it applied to my year/model. So I called visit. But here is my question. I saw an article in the NY Times last week about 1 of these recalls, and it applied to my year/model. So I called your service dept., they checked and said yes, in fact there were 2. Why was I not contacted by your service department about these? It was purely by chance I learned of it. Maybe they aren't mandatory, or directly affect safety, but how are recall items such as this handled? Thanks, Barbara Camera barbara74del@gmail.com More

I've done business with them for 5 years and have spent upwards of $100,000 there in the last few years. I could always rely on a fair price and a reasonable price on my trade. However, I came there the ot upwards of $100,000 there in the last few years. I could always rely on a fair price and a reasonable price on my trade. However, I came there the other day to work a deal for a friend and they were very unreasonable. First, they were $3000 over the TMV price on a Civic LX that wreaked of cigar smoke, had interior issues, had paint issues and 45,000 miles. TMV was $14,200, their asking price...$17,000. Ridiculous. Their justification was that it had been certified and that adds cost. But it does not add $3000. They would not budge. They said they go buy KBB to value the price. So I valued my current trade using KBB and it came to $19,000 as the trade in price. I did not tell them that and let them offer me a trade in price, they offered me $16,000. I then showed them the same KBB process they used to value the original civic and they were speechless. I left shortly after. So online I went. I found an amazing deal for a newer civic with less miles in a higher trim in darn near perfect condition for $1500 less at a competing Honda dealership. I had such a good experience with the other dealership I dropped $26,000 on a CR-V for myself on top of the civic deal. I don't know what has happened to their sales department since my last purchase in 2010, but they are going the wrong way. I do want to mention one good thing about the dealership and that is their service department. I've built up such a relationship with Jack that I will always get my service done their. I'm just disappointed that the sales relationship I had with Stokes has soured. More
