I researched my Honda Fit EXTENSIVELY before I bought one. I knew the price I wanted to pay and Cleveland got closer than any other Honda dealer in the southeast (I was willing to travel for the right d one. I rate my my recent experience with the dealer as "fives", because of the work of the sales person, Marva Thompson. Once returned he engaged Mr Joe Stafford, Internet Sales Manager, and we discussed an amount and my trade. All seemed well, and I let them know that they could go ahead an procure the color choice I desired. In a short period at home I received a call from Mr. Stafford informing he had found an automobile, in the color choice and model, and he could get in down and ready the next day, by five in the afternoon. I loved the fact that Winston greeted me right away. He was superb in his presentation to us in that he was professional, personable, kind, and obviously very knowledgeable about the vehicle he sold us. We also had the pleasure to work with Mr. Basil Uqdah in finance. Mr. Uqdah was also excellent in his presentation showing professionalism, explained all the paperwork very clearly and answered all questions we presented.
