Scratched my car I brought my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta for service yesterday. When I came to pick it up, I noticed a scratch on the back bumper and showed the gentleman. I brought my 2014 Volkswagen Jetta for service yesterday. When I came to pick it up, I noticed a scratch on the back bumper and showed the gentleman. He went inside called the lady who took the pictures at the drop off. They both were at the computer pretending to not find the picture and after probably 15 minutes or so they said, there the scratch was there and showed me what looks like a dot at the same area. I left knowing that wasn't true because I know that scratch was fresh and they have done some thing on the picture. It wouldn't take two people to pull a picture from the computer and spend that amount of time. I would like to let know Volkswagen what kind of service was given by your employee's. It is wrong and would like this to be looked at. If you wish I will send a picture of it or bring my car at the shop. Thank you, Zeleka Workneh More

I was not sure which model I was going to end up with. As soon as I walked into the dealership I saw Mason and I immediately liked his demeanor and personality. Mason is very low keyed,and will give you the information and time you need to test drive a car WITHOUT PRESSURE. And, that is what I needed. Mason is a great salesman who is straight up and honest. I would highly recommend Mason. I went to the dealership to purchase a Tiguan and ended up with a GTI. Thank you Mason for a great experience. And, Kurt, the Finance Manager made the financing step easy, simple and uncomplicated! I gave the dealership 4 stars instead of 5 because you need to have all your ducks in a row before negotiating and KNOW your bottom line. Mason believed me when I told him my final number, but, management took a little bit more convincing. Ended up with a GREAT deal because I was firm on the most I would pay monthly on a car note.
