My spouse and I recently made the decision to buy a new car. Soon after, we happened to be passing a Stoneham Ford lot and saw a 2026 Bronco that caught both of our attention. We stopped to investigate, car. Soon after, we happened to be passing a Stoneham Ford lot and saw a 2026 Bronco that caught both of our attention. We stopped to investigate, and, as soon as we walked into the main room, we were greeted by our Sales rep, Brian, who was friendly, polite, and helpful. We told Brian of our interest in that particular Bronco, and he readily and clearly responded to our many questions about it. Soon, we were giving the vehicle a test drive, which truly cemented our resolve to own it. Then Brian sat with us in the vehicle, going over all of its features, and answering all of our questions. He was the essence of patience and a fount of information, responding to everything we asked with knowledge and enthusiasm. Eventually, we were introduced to and sat down with George, the Business Manager, a friendly, informative guy who answered our whole new round of questions about costs, warranties, and the general business side of purchasing. We were ready to buy our Bronco. Brian guided us through all the next steps, and we smoothly navigated the purchase with both Brian and George readily there should we have even more questions, which we did! They made the experience a stress-free one that allowed us to enjoy the excitement of buying a new vehicle, without feeling rushed, pressured, bewildered, or troubled by unanswered questions or other uncertainties. I wouldn’t have changed anything about how the whole process had gone. It was just a winning buying experience from start to finish. I am writing this a few weeks after the transaction took place. What stays with me is how well the interactions with the Stoneham Ford guys had gone, and how we were able to enjoy the purchase of our new Bronco. Thank you, Brian, and thank you, George, for all you did to make the experience a positive one for us, and for bringing us and our Bronco together. More
